Yes — 6:45 AM sharp, every Monday through Friday, including the week before major holidays. We understand that shift handoffs don't wait for a convenient school schedule. Staff arrive at 6:30 AM to prep; the first family can hand off a backpack at 6:45 AM without knocking.
If a confirmed enrollment falls through due to circumstances outside your control (hospital transfer, job change, relocation), contact the director within 5 business days. We maintain a priority re-enrollment list and will make every effort to hold or recover your spot. The enrollment fee is non-refundable, but we will waive it on re-enrollment.
Yes. We are an approved provider for the Illinois CCAP program, DHS Child Care Assistance, and most employer-sponsored dependent care FSA accounts. Bring your eligibility letter to your tour and we'll walk through the paperwork together. Subsidy families pay the difference between their approved benefit and our published rate.
Full-day tuition includes: all meals and snacks (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack — all prepared on-site), curriculum materials, daily photo updates via the parent app, weekly progress notes, and access to our parent portal. Diapers and formula are parent-supplied. The annual $85 supply fee covers art materials, sensory supplies, and field trip costs for the program year.
Yes — submit the request in writing (email or parent app message) before 3:00 PM on the day of pickup. Include the person's full name, relationship to the child, and a physical description or photo if possible. Staff will still require government-issued photo ID at pickup. For recurring temporary pickups (e.g., grandparent on Wednesdays), we recommend adding them to your permanent authorization list.
Our educators send at least one photo per child per day through the parent app, typically during circle time or outdoor play (between 9:30 – 11:00 AM). If your child is having a hard morning, you'll receive a photo specifically showing them settled and engaged — we know that's the one that actually helps you focus at work.
